Agency promotes Bailee Renfro to account manager

INDIANAPOLIS
Hirons, an advertising, public relations and digital agency with offices in Indianapolis and Chicago, has promoted Bailee Renfro to account manager. She previously served as an account coordinator for the agency.
Renfro manages the day-to-day needs of her clients. This includes communications consulting, content development and keeping assignments moving while delivering on strategy, on time and on budget. She is an asset to the communications department and often goes out of her way to help her clients and colleagues.
“Bailee’s ability to create genuine and authentic connections is amazing. Her positive attitude and boundless energy are matched only by the quality of her work and the precise results that she produces everyday” said Jay Schemanske, senior vice president, strategic communications and account services.
Before her role at Hirons, Renfro was an account executive at a public relations firm in Chicago. She also interned at the Indiana State Fairgrounds and Event Center and at a marketing firm in Sydney, Australia.
Renfro holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism/public relations with a certificate in liberal arts and business management from Indiana University Bloomington. She has a double minor in psychology and marketing.
In her free time, Renfro loves to use her creative side to craft and garden. She also enjoys staying active, whether that’s hiking, practicing yoga or going on long walks.
