The willingness to learn. I have always lived by the rule that the world is ever-changing which means there is always something new to learn. The people who stop wanting to learn to do new things, are the one who get left behind.

About 7:00 a.m. before most people are out and about and its quiet. It is the best time to be with my own thoughts before I start the day.

Helping other businesses succeed. We are asked to solve a problem. When we can successfully create a meaningful solution for someone else, it makes everything worth it.

WHAT’S YOUR MOST MEMORABLE VACATION?
Not a vacation, but in college I studied abroad in Italy for 3 months. We lived in a small town on the Adriatic coast. I got to truly immerse myself in Italian culture and still have a huge affinity and appreciation for Italian cuisine, wine, music and culture to this day.
