Agency promoted Emily Hayden to director of media operations
INDIANAPOLIS
Hirons, a WBENC-certified advertising, public relations and digital agency with offices in Indianapolis and Chicago, has promoted Emily Hayden to director of media operations.
Hayden joined Hirons in 2015 as an account manager, bringing her wealth of experience in media analysis and operations. With almost 17 years in the industry, she has now assumed the responsibility of overseeing all media operations and planning at Hirons. Hayden’s passion for the advertising industry traces back to college, where she discovered her coursework allowed her to tap into her creative side.

Hayden earned a bachelor’s degree in advertising from Ball State University and holds an MBA from Western Governors University. She received her MBA in 2021 and cites this as one of her proudest achievements.
In her free time, Hayden enjoys listening to podcasts and hiking, as well as spending time with her family and working on DIY projects to improve her 100-year-old historic home.
