Hirons, an Indianapolis-based advertising, public relations and digital agency, has hired Charnay Pickett and promoted Leigh-Ann Richardville and Clare Leonard.
INDIANAPOLIS
Pickett brings several years of expertise to the team, having spent time in both business development and external communications roles. She has served the City of Indianapolis in multiple capacities, including as a public information officer for the Department of Public Works and communications coordinator for the Department of Business and Neighborhood Services. She also held a business development role for a consulting firm. She is a graduate of Indiana University.
Richardville and Leonard are alumni of Ball State University. Richardville has been with Hirons since 2015 and has worked with both governmental and commercial clients. Leonard launched her post-collegiate career at Hirons as an account coordinator. She has since helped a number of clients meet their communications goals; her efforts have led to significant local, regional and trade media coverage.
“Each of these individuals is incredibly talented. Charnay’s experience managing media relations and public engagement for large-scale projects provides additional depth to our roster of public outreach specialists. Leigh-Ann brings significant experience managing integrated marketing and communications campaigns, and Clare’s knowledge of local media and sound strategy have allowed her to secure significant media exposure for Hirons’ clients,” said Deana Haworth, chief operating officer. “I am very proud of our team and can’t wait to see what is to come in 2020.”
As account managers, they will be responsible for ensuring assignments are delivered on strategy, on time and on budget for Hirons’ clients.
