Hirons promotes Rachel Moehle to senior account director

Hirons, a leading full-service marketing and communications consulting agency providing advertising, public relations, crisis communications and digital services, has promoted Rachel Moehle to senior account director.

With more than a decade of marketing expertise, Moehle was welcomed to the Hirons team in January 2024 as account director. She quickly established herself as a leader and mentor within the agency, delivering strategic and timely client guidance.

“Rachel has proven to be an adept leader who skillfully navigates complex relationships and business intricacies,” said Jay Schemanske, executive vice president at Hirons. “Her relentless commitment to our client’s success is evident in everything she does.”

As senior account director, Moehle will continue to oversee client accounts, offering insight into strategy as well as formulating and executing communication plans. She acts as an integral extension of each client’s team, ensuring the delivery of key messages and meeting each client’s goals.

“During my time at Hirons, I’ve had the opportunity to serve a variety of clients, from small businesses to national corporations, with a priority to deliver exceptional marketing and communications strategies. Hirons’ motto is ‘Be Bold,’ and in my new role as senior account director, I continue to embody that sentiment in everything I do,” said Moehle.

Prior to joining Hirons, Moehle led impactful initiatives and campaigns for local organizations and nonprofits, including Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana and Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Indiana. She served as the director of marketing at Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana, where her strategic leadership enhanced public relations efforts, brand visibility and engagement through digital and content marketing.

Outside of the office, Moehle is involved with various community and industry organizations, including the local chapters of the American Marketing Association and CreativeMornings. A proud native Hoosier, she holds a B.A. in communication studies from Indiana University in Indianapolis.
