As vice president of marketing and communications, Leigh-Ann plays a pivotal role in driving cross-functional alignment, managing the day-to-day promotion of Hirons and amplifying business development activities. She partners closely with department leaders and team members to ensure adherence to brand and communications standards while fostering a high-performance culture rooted in Hirons’ core values.
In her leadership capacity, Leigh-Ann oversees the agency’s marketing and communications strategy, positioning the Hirons brand for growth, both internally and externally. She also spearheads strategic planning initiatives; manages high-impact industry partnerships; and leads sponsorship engagements that amplify Hirons’ presence in the business, civic and nonprofit communities.
A key contributor to the agency’s continued evolution, Leigh-Ann played an instrumental role in Hirons achieving certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, as well as through the states of Indiana and Illinois, the commonwealth of Kentucky, and the city of Indianapolis. She has been a driving force behind expanding the agency’s service lines and industry verticals and has helped lead celebrations for major brand milestones, including the agency’s 40th and 45th anniversaries.
Since joining Hirons in 2015, Leigh-Ann has held leadership roles across operations, communications and administration. Leigh-Ann holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations with a minor in hospitality management from Ball State University. Leigh-Ann was named a 2025 Young Alumna Award recipient by Ball State University’s School of Journalism and Strategic Communication.
Deeply committed to civic engagement, Leigh-Ann contributes her expertise to several nonprofit and professional organizations. She previously served on the marketing committee for Impact 100 and the Public Relations Society of America Hoosier Chapter’s scholarship committee. Leigh-Ann currently serves on the Indy Chamber’s Monumental Awards committee and the Indianapolis Propylaeum’s May Wright Sewall Leadership Award committee and is an active member of Downtown Indy Alliance’s marketing board.
Leigh-Ann is passionate about giving back to her community and recently completed a three-year term on the board of directors for Broad Ripple Village Association, serving on the executive team as board secretary. Before her involvement at the board level, Leigh-Ann donated her time to the association’s marketing committee.
