OUTSIDE OF THE OFFICE, WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR HOBBIES OR PASSIONS?

I love to watch a good movie at home, go out to eat with family and friends, play board games and card games, and enjoy a sweet treat.

WHEN AND WHERE DO YOU HAVE YOUR BEST IDEAS?

I typically have my best ideas when I am alone in my car.

WHAT’S ONE IMPORTANT TIP YOU WOULD SHARE WITH ANYONE LOOKING TO GO INTO THE AGENCY WORLD?

Don’t be afraid to ask questions and stay open to new challenges and opportunities. It’s one of the most effective ways to learn and grow, especially when you are new to agency.

WHAT IS THE MOST MEANINGFUL PART OF YOUR JOB?

The most meaningful part of my job is knowing that what I do makes an impact. Whether it’s contributing to a project for a client or being an encouraging coworker. We often impact others more than we realize simply by showing up and giving each day our best.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE TIME OF DAY?

My favorite time of day is early in the morning. I often spend this time reading my Bible with a warm cup of coffee. It relaxes me and sets the tone for the day!

WHAT’S YOUR MOST MEMORABLE VACATION?

Zion National Park in Utah! Visiting Zion was my first time ever being out west, and the scenery was absolutely amazing. I love being in nature, and this trip will forever be a core memory for me. Hiking the trails was challenging but incredibly rewarding, and I would go back in a heartbeat!

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE PART OF WORKING AT HIRONS?

My favorite part of working at Hirons is the people and positive enviroment. I truly feel supported by my coworkers and encouraged to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
