Leigh-Ann Richardville recognized with Ball State University’s SJSC Young Alumna Award

Leigh-Ann Richardville, Hirons’ vice president of marketing and communications, has been named a 2025 Young Alumna Award recipient by Ball State University’s School of Journalism and Strategic Communication (SJSC). The award honors alumni who have achieved significant recognition or accomplishments in their professional field, community service or contributions to the university.

Since joining Hirons in 2015, Leigh-Ann has held a range of administrative, operational and client-facing roles, each defined by her purpose-driven leadership and people-first approach. In her current role, she leads efforts to share Hirons’ story with authenticity and impact.

An advocate for excellence, Leigh-Ann has helped position Hirons for continued growth and recognition, including becoming a Women’s Business Enterprise certified by WBENC, the states of Indiana and Illinois, the commonwealth of Kentucky, and the city of Indianapolis.

“Leigh-Ann’s insight and compassion make her an invaluable part of our team,” shares Deana Haworth, CEO. “She truly embodies the professionalism, creativity and heart that define Hirons and continues to be an incredible asset to the agency.”

Beyond her role at Hirons, Leigh-Ann serves on the Indy Chamber’s Monumental Awards committee, is a member of Downtown Indy Alliance’s marketing board and previously served on the executive committee for the Broad Ripple Village Association’s board of directors. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations with a minor in hospitality from Ball State University. Her dedication, leadership and boldness continue to inspire our team and the broader communications community.

We’re honored to celebrate Leigh-Ann and her well-deserved recognition as a 2025 SJSC Young Alumna Award recipient.
