I began my career as a fall intern at Hirons, where I gained hands-on experience and a strong foundation in the industry. That experience led to a return offer, which I accepted as an Account Coordinator, allowing me to further develop my expertise while contributing to client success.

AskRose has been one of my favorite projects because it was my first time working directly with a client on-site. I gained firsthand experience in building strong client relationships and learned the expectations of a video shoot.

WHAT’S ONE IMPORTANT TIP YOU WOULD SHARE WITH ANYONE LOOKING TO GO INTO THE AGENCY WORLD?

One important tip for anyone entering the agency world is to stay curious and proactive. Ask questions, seek feedback, and look for ways to learn from every project.
