Hirons asciende a Leigh-Ann Richardville a vicepresidenta de operaciones

Richardville joins agency’s dynamic leadership team

INDIANAPOLIS

Hirons, an advertising, public relations and digital agency with offices in Indianapolis and Chicago, has promoted Leigh-Ann Richardville to vice president, operations. This announcement follows Hirons’ celebration of 45 years of business with clients across local, regional and national markets and the appointment of longtime Hirons employee-owner Deana Haworth to chief executive officer.

Richardville joined Hirons in 2015 and has served in administrative, operations and client-facing roles since. Most recently, she served as director of brand strategy, managing the day-to-day promotion of the Hirons brand, both internally and externally.

“Leigh-Ann is an incredible asset to the agency. I’ve watched her grow in her previous roles, through her work with our clients and her work for the agency,” said Haworth. “She is dedicated to making Hirons a better place for our team, and she represents our brand in a bold, professional and engaging way. I’m proud to have her join our leadership team.”

Since her first day at Hirons, Richardville has worked alongside agency executives and now joins the agency’s leadership team to help usher Hirons into its future. She brings her experience and energy to lead the agency’s marketing and operations efforts and continues to support Hirons’ business development activities.

“Not only have I been fortunate to work alongside talented and thoughtful people, but I’ve found incredible mentors along the way,” said Richardville. “In this new role, I’m eager to lead operations efforts for our team — who consistently outthink, outwork and outperform for our clients — and better tell their stories.”

Richardville is actively involved on the Broad Ripple Village Association board of directors, serving as secretary. She is also a member of the Public Relations Society of America’s Hoosier Chapter and American Advertising Federation Indianapolis. Richardville holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations with a minor in hospitality from Ball State University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, finding pre-loved treasure in thrift stores and playing with her Brittany spaniel, Olive.
