Jennifer Blotkamp Stark was named associate media director. In her role, she leads integrated media planning activities and digital reporting efforts. She draws from nearly two decades of media buying and planning experience, most recently at WTHR-TV, where she worked as a media analyst in the sales group. Prior to that, she spent 14 years at central Indiana advertising agencies, serving in various media-related roles with increasing responsibility. Blotkamp Stark brings a level of national media and digital experience that will keep Hirons on the cutting edge of emerging technologies and adds depth to an already award-winning team.

Daniel Morgan has been promoted to senior manager of digital content. In this role, Morgan optimizes client campaigns through analysis of digital assets – including paid search networks, display networks and social media platforms. His analyses help guide overall campaign strategies to better accomplish clients’ goals.

Tom Brodbeck has joined the team as senior digital strategist. Formerly director of digital media and senior SEO consultant at a regional digital consultancy, he manages search engine optimization and email campaign execution. At Hirons, he also is responsible for website development and analytics. Tom has extensive video and podcast production experience that led him to win several industry awards, including a national Content Marketing Award for best podcast/audio series in 2017.

Additionally, Laura Ludy has been hired as a digital and media coordinator. Ludy, a graduate from University of Massachusetts, supports all media and digital activities including reporting campaign metrics and optimization, collaborating with both teams on advertising campaigns, and assisting with projects related to websites, SEO and paid search.

“Hirons is on a continued path of success, and we are growing our employee pool to have the best talent in the industry,” said Jim Parham, CEO of Hirons. “With a 41-year legacy, we are committed to better serving our clients, both locally and nationally.”

Longtime employee Rose Durbin was promoted to senior vice president, media director earlier this year and has proven herself as a leader within the industry and the agency.

“As the lines between digital and traditional media strategies and channels continue to blur, we are excited to expand these departments and bring in seasoned talent to provide our clients with new and innovative ideas,” said Rose Durbin, senior vice president, media director at Hirons. “At Hirons, our focus is on supporting our clients’ business objectives and goals, and to do so, we design media plans that take into account both traditional and digital media so we reach target audiences where they are.”

Hirons is a Google Premier Partner, which is granted exclusively to digital marketers and agencies who have demonstrated expertise in Google Ads.
