Hirons, an advertising, public relations and digital agency with offices in Indianapolis and Chicago, has promoted Holly Havener to director of operations and project management.

INDIANAPOLIS
Havener previously served as the director of operations for the agency.
Havener came to Hirons last year with more than a decade of agency experience, having previously served in various project management roles at other area firms. In her expanded role, she will continue leading recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and internal communications efforts, while also taking on managing and monitoring the agency’s shared services workload.
“Holly’s friendly and upbeat demeanor, as well as her skill and experience in project management, will ensure our client projects move seamlessly through the agency and we continue to recruit talented new hires,” said Deana Haworth, Chief Operating Officer.
Havener earned a bachelor’s in English from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.
