Hirons Promotes Laura Crafton to Senior Account Manager
Hirons, an Indianapolis-based advertising, public relations and digital agency, has promoted Laura Crafton to senior account manager for the communications management department.

INDIANAPOLIS
Crafton, a graduate of Purdue University and an experienced advertising and marketing professional, started her career at Hirons as an account manager. Prior to Hirons, she was an integrated marketing manager for Angie’s List.
“It’s been almost two years since I transitioned from the client-side of the advertising world into agency life,” said Crafton. “I’ve learned so much in such a short amount of time, and I’m excited to continue to develop my career at a well-established agency in Indy.”
Crafton’s client work primarily focuses on leading B2C marketing and advertising campaigns. She also provides ongoing strategic marketing and communications strategies that help clients achieve their business goals. She seamlessly works in tandem with the agency’s creative and digital departments to develop deliverables that exceed client expectations.
As a senior account manager, she will create, implement and manage measurable marketing programs that include advertising, branding, public relations and digital initiatives.
Crafton is also a member of the marketing committee for Dove Recovery House for Women, the largest substance abuse recovery center for women in Marion County, for which she assists with the overall marketing strategy and execution.
