Hirons, a full-service Indianapolis-based advertising, public relations, and digital agency, has promoted Rose Durbin to senior vice president, media director. Durbin, an 8-year veteran of the firm, will continue to consult with key clients, support business development for the agency and oversee Hirons’ growing media and digital teams.
Durbin has proven herself as a leader within the industry and within the agency. As the media and digital landscapes have evolved – and formed – over her career, so has her approach to adverting strategy. She has a driving need to be on the edge of all things new but relies on foundational analytics and hard evidence to guide choices and methods.
“Rose sets the standard as a consultant. Her depth of knowledge and analytical approach creates a lasting impression on Hirons clients, and they often praise the value of her experience and expertise,” said Jim Parham, CEO of Hirons. “She believes deeply that every media plan should support our client’s business objectives and she relentlessly tracks results against those goals.”
With years of experience in strategic media planning and buying, Durbin has deep knowledge of diverse industries including healthcare, financial services, retail, hospitality, agriculture and more. Over the years, she has firmly established herself as one of Indiana’s top media professionals.
“Rose’s relationship with media partners and digital leaders across the nation is one-of-a-kind,” added Deana Haworth, COO of Hirons. “She works tirelessly to produce the maximum return for our clients’ investments by optimizing and shifting buys, fiercely yet fairly negotiating and scoring impactful value-add opportunities.”
Before joining Hirons, Durbin supervised various national accounts at a Chicago agency, including Jim Beam, Federal Crop Insurance, FMC Agricultural Solutions, Vigortone, MoorMan Products and Stauffer Seed.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Xavier University in Cincinnati.
